Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP

After a chilly departure from Lake Tahoe we traveled to Yosemite NP.  Much warmer! So far KOA has been our friend, haven't stayed at a bad one yet. Yosemite was no exception, I think there were three other RV'r  at the KOA, that's the great thing about arriving  at locations a few weeks before season.  The weather is awesome and no crowds:)

Didn't get to see any bears although the Ranger said there were sighting. We befriended a restaurant owner in town that was celebrating her restaurants 10 year anniversary and invited us to the party!  We had a wonderful time at the party, appetizers were awesome and we met a lesbian couple that owned their own vineyard and were serving their wine at the party.   We invited Ana and Debra to join us for a bbq at our campsite after the party, they brought the wine and a lovely evening was had by all:)

Great KOA again, got to see the big Monarch Sequoias and we went to the 40th  Annual Jazz concert in the mountains at 3 rivers.  Awesome!
